Richard is the Founding Partner & CEO of Edelman Delta. He has a passion for helping leaders realise the full power of brand: ensuring brands are defined and implemented correctly and leveraged enterprise-wide. He advises a number of leading international organisations including PwC, Mitsubishi and Nissan. Richard has held global executive roles and has led major brand repositionings at Royal Philips, Barclays and Xerox.
As an experienced creative agency leader and former CMO, Jamie brings perspective from both sides of the desk to our work. He believes deeply in applying creative strategies to transform organisations and inspire society and draws from a deep well of both corporate and consumer branding experience in every engagement. He has deep specialist experience in company transitions, re-positionings, mergers and spins. Jamie holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the University of Chicago and chairs the marketing committee for Junior Achievement Chicago.
Richard specialises in corporate positioning and brand strategy work. He advises a range of clients, with a particular focus on B2B clients in healthcare, technology, professional services and the public sector. He joined Edelman Delta from McKinsey & Co., where he spent 5 years helping clients with strategy, new business, and operational challenges. He is also a qualified lawyer, having spent 5 years as a litigator at Freshfields. He holds a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
