Paradigm for Parity

Although a seasoned business leader, Sandra Quince would be tested in new ways as the first CEO of Paradigm for Parity (P4P), a coalition of business leaders dedicated to addressing the corporate leadership gender gap.

Challenge

In the first days of Sandra’s tenure, Edelman Delta helped her prepare to engage confidently and coherently with board colleagues and stakeholders as the leading voice of such a high-profile organisation.

Approach

Critical to the success of the programme was ensuring it was tailored to Sandra’s needs. We spent time together understanding what would make the biggest difference in helping her hit the ground running with her new responsibilities.

We focused on three core areas: planning the evolution of her approach to social media; assessing P4P’s audience landscape to inform her communications agenda; and finding ways to best present herself and P4P’s key messages to her target audiences, including media.

Outcome

Our work together helped Sandra establish her own approach to P4P’s evolving vision, strategy and priorities. And our partnership helped guide P4P’s—as well as Sandra’s—approach to digitalcr audiences.

Sandra used our work together as the foundation for key media interviews and stakeholder interactions and to set her approach to challenges and opportunities, both in the immediate aftermath and months down the line.
